CLC Goals

1. To expose all Government employee corruption and illegalities perpetrated against law abiding United States citizens at all levels of Government; from the Federal level on down to the state and city levels.
2. To restore "Pride in America again", peace and tranquility among all Americans. To restore our country to a country of the people; by the people, and for the people NOT to continue to be run by its evolved dictatorships. Currently our country is a country of the rich, by the rich, and for the rich, and our country's operations are of the few, by the few and for the few.
3. To restore reasonable taxes and plug all the tax loopholes only the rich benefit from.
4. To abolish nuclear weapons from the face of the earth forever.
5. To STOP the aggression created by the evolved dictators both past and currently conducting the military operations of our great and powerful nation.
   
   Those dictators over the past ten years have killed and maimed hundreds of thousands of innocent Americans, and foreigners to include women and children without the consent of the people of the United States. The United States has become the NUMBER 1aggressor in the world; again without the consent of its people.
6. To enact law, only by vote of the people, if the people of the United States have voted and agreed that NO elected official may on their own declare war or initiate any military action against any other nation, unless such action is approved by 60% of the vote in the House of Representatives. The only exception being an emergency condition where our country is being attacked by a foreign nation.
   
   It appears clear, because we have become the most powerful nation on earth some dictators have abused our great power and influence to bully less powerful nations into submission, either by threat or force. These acts were NOT approved by vote by the United Nations, nor by the people of the United States. These few dictators have placed themselves above the people of the United States; above the United Nations; above all humane laws and ordered the killing and maiming of thousands and the destruction of foreign lands under fabricated pretexts.
   
   These acts appear to be acts against humanity and carry the implication of treasonous acts against the people of the United States.
   
   Because of these unwarranted acts of influence and aggression by these dictators, many nations fear and intensely dislike the United States. These continuing acts of aggression via influence and force, place every citizen's life in danger from foreign attack; as these smaller nations are sure to retaliate for the unwarranted and unauthorized US aggression. This US aggression must stop before it causes us to be destroyed.
7. To abolish laws which on their face are directly contrary to the Bills of Rights/Constitution, ambiguous unclear, contradictory, and there are thousands of such laws currently in force.
8. To incarcerate all known criminals, with emphasis upon violent crimes, while freeing the innocent who were deliberately wrongly convicted and imprisoned by corrupt Government employees. There are many which we classify as political prisoners who stood up for the rights endorsed herein and were put in Federal Prison for standing up for those rights.
9. To stop the lawless authority that is spreading like a cancer amongst some Governmental employees of high stature. This lawless authority is well depicted on this site.
10. To promote the enactment of law which will make members of the Judicial, Executive and Legislative Branch of Government accountable for violations of the Constitution and their oath of office. Currently these high ranking Department officials are immune from deliberate violations of a citizen's constitutional rights and violations of their oath of office to uphold the constitution. Notwithstanding, in performing these acts, these employees knowingly and deliberately falsely imprison many Americans and have declared themselves immune from prosecution and civil suits for such inhumane acts. All this constitutes lawless authority!
    
    Laws such as depicted in this website under "Proposed Constitutional Amendment" need to be promoted and enacted; along with the proposed laws stated within James T. Kimball's Declaration 113-114.
