A Fed Judge has 1 Agenda

As the Constitution and its Amendments are the Supreme Law of the land; each Federal judge must make sure before considering any other laws, that the Constitution, and its amendments, are followed to the letter of
the law, as written.

1. A judge’s 1 st allegiance in following his or her sworn oath to God, is to make sure every citizen’s constitutional rights are adhered to without exception.

2. “Before” a judge may consider legislature laws, or Supreme Court, or appellate court precedent laws; to include the sentencing commission’s laws; or even the Attorney General or President’s orders; every judge must be assured that the Constitution and its amendments are followed to protect each person’s rights and to uphold each judge’s sworn oath to God.

3. The sentencing commission’s law/rules for the most part are “against” the constitutional rights of the people of the United States. This has been stated by the people of the United States. This has been stated by many ethical Federal judges, which uphold their oaths. Some have quit. Quitting is an error by any ethical judge. Hang in there, and uphold your oath. Refuse to invoke any law/rule which causes any judge to find against their oath before God, to uphold the constitutional laws of our great nation. The Federal judges which refuse to adhere to the sentencing commission’s unconstitutional illegal law/rules are: “American Hero’s”. Hang in there, and keep up the good work. “Right” and your sworn oath will prevail in the end.

4. The sentencing commission’s “3 strikes” you’re “out” is “totally” inhumane and unconstitutional under the 5 th, 8 th and 14 th amendments to our constitution.

5. The sentencing commission’s enhancements, law/rules, is “directly”“against” the US Constitution’s Amendments, as it allows any Federal judge to find any person in the United States guilty of a crime without a jury, or a Federal Grand Jury presentment, or indictment or without any witnesses against the defendant other than only the word of the Government.

There is no jury when the Federal judge sits on his bench and finds a person guilty of an additional crime made up by the prosecutor and sentencing commission. There are no witnesses produced by the Government that saw you commit any crime. The defendant is being convicted of a made up crime, he or she was not apprised of when they were indicted.

6. Every single Federal judge that is not an “atheist,” that has enhanced the sentence of any person in their courtroom on new charges; not presented by the Grand Jury, or the defendant not offered a trial by jury on the new charges; needs to beg forgiveness for their sins before God, by violating their oath.

7. Additionally, every Federal judge that handed out enhancements upon new charges not presented by the Grand Jury; should immediately review every case that they enhanced, and immediatelyremove “all” enhancements from every convicted person.

8. The judicial “hogwash” that a person is not entitled to a jury trial, because the person’s sentence did not exceed the “top” of the sentencing commission’s guidelinesis a total “coverup” for the illegalities of the sentencing commission rules/law. When any judge sentences a person to a prison term “That’s it!!!” “It’s over.”

9. If a judge sentenced a person without anyenhancements to the low end of the guidelines; that’s the sentence that person was given by the court. There is “no authority” of any court after the fact of sentencing; to go back and add more years to anyone’s sentence. In fact it’sunconstitutional. That would be sentencing a person twice for the same crime. Against the 5 th Amendment to be punished for the same crime twice.

10. If the guidelines suggest a sentence of 2-15 years for a crime, and a Federal judge sentenced a person to 2 years for their crime; then 2 years is their sentence. !!Period.!!

11. What the corrupt judicial system has come up with, regarding illegal unconstitutional sentencing commission (trial by judge only on new charges) to strip every person of their constitutional rights is to say:

What the corrupt evil judicial system has come up with, to strip every person in the US of their constitutional rights to be charged only by a Grand Jury, to be afforded a trial by jury, and to be confronted by the witnesses against a person, and condone the sentencing commission’s unconstitutional law/rules is to say: It’s ok to charge the person with newmade upcrimes by the sentencing commission, and take away all the person’s constitutional rights as long as the years being added on to the person’s sentence doesn’t exceed the top of the sentencing commission’s “illegal” guidelines for the crime.

WAIT A MINUTE. That’s nothing more than deliberately taking away the constitutional rights of every person in this country. In simple terms: deliberately “undermining” the “Constitution”, the founders of this great nation fought and died for. These kinds of acts are defined in Webster’s Dictionary 1993, as: (1) the betrayal of a trust or confidence, (2) breach of faith. The definitions cited above in numbers (1) and (2) is for the word TREASON.

There can be ! NO! justification for the
“deliberate” violations of anyone’s
constitutional rights.

13. A person sentenced by a Federal judge to 2 years when the top of the perverted guidelines is 15 years; the sentence is 2 years as that’s what the judge found. Not 15 years, or 10 or 4. If the Federal Government charges the person with new made up sentencing commission crimes, after the sentence was imposed, and the new charges were brought in violation of the Constitution as aforestated, then “all” additional years over 2 years added on the sentence are unconstitutional, and illegal, and by the Constitution must be removed.

14. Because the Federal judge gave only 2 years when the judge could have given 15 years “doesnot” justify adding years to the sentence after the sentence is ordered by the judge, to justify unlawful acts by the Government, against the people of the United States.

15. Many of the sentencing guidelines these demented people have installed against the people of the United States are guidelines for a judge to follow which state: 10 years to life for conspiracy to sell drugs.

16. WAIT A MINUTE.Under that guideline if your son, or daughter spoke with other people about the possibility of selling drugs; even though none were ever sold, or purchased; your son or daughter could receive 10 years to life in a Federal prison for conspiracy to sell drugs.

That’s a violation of the 8 th Amendment
Cruel and abusive punishment is what the
Sentencing commission is all about, as most
every rule/law is unconstitutional.

If a teenager doesn’t like your son or daughter, lies; and tells Federal authorities your son or daughter was attempting to get them to sell and distribute drugs; your son or daughter could receive 15-25 years in Federal prison for doing absolutely nothing. That’s how bad it really is. It’s getting worse!!
