Sworn Oath Of A Federal Judge
I _______________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice the without respect to persons, and do equal right to the "poor" and to the rich, and that I will "faithfully" and "impartially" discharge and perform all duties incumbent upon me as ______________ under the "Constitution" and "Laws" of the United States. So help me GOD

The vast majority of Federal judges violate their sworn oath to uphold the Constitution and Laws of the United States every hour of every day in "their" courtrooms across the United States.
When a Federal judge says to a convicted person; "I'm really sorry that I have to give you 20 years in prison for selling illicit drugs on your first offense; but my hands are tied. The sentencing commission guidelines say I have to"
That statement and similar statements made daily by
Federal judges across the United States is
ONE BIG LIE
No! Federal judge has to sentence any convicted person by the guidelines, and any Federal judged that tells a convicted person anything even close to that is in fact a liar.
Every Federal judge has the individual power to sentence each convicted person to whatever he, or she feels is fair and just for the crime committed.
The "Constitution" and its "Amendments" are the
controlling law over "any" other laws to
include the "Sentencing Commission Guidelines"
Every Federal judge knows this
Also every Federal judges knows:
that he or she is sworn before GOD to
uphold all constitutional law
The US Constitution and its amendments say
in particular:
Over 80% of Federal judge's violate one or more of the
aforementioned constitutional rights of the accused,

- (9), every time they hear a criminal case.
A. Any Federal judge that sentences a first time offender to more than 3-6 months in prison for a crime that did not involve any injury, or harm to any person, and there was no financialloss, no gun was used in the crime and the crime was not treason or counterfeiting; that judge violated his or her oath to the people of the United States and wrongly deprived that person of their liberty rights, and inflicted cruel and abusive punishment upon that person, and their family and relatives.
The "Majority" of crimes in the United States
"are not" crimes in other countries
B. Once a person has either pled guilty to a crime, or found guilty by a jury; any judge that entertains an increase in a person's sentence on "new charges"; such as, ringleader, organizer and such; labeled by judges, "enhancements" without such charges being brought forth in an indictment or presented by a Grand Jury and offering the defendant another "trial by jury" on these "new charges" or "enhancements" is in direct violation of his or her oath and depriving the accused of their right to a "trial by jury."
Enhancements from 2 years to 15 years more is added to an already convicted person's sentence, which Federal judges hand out like popcorn across the United States; are not only a violation of every person's 7 th Amendment right to a trial by jury; but their 6 th Amendment right to be fully informed of the charges against them; and every person's 5 th Amendment right to be charged with these "new offenses" by indictment only, or presentment by a Grand jury to the court.
The Fifth Amendment clearly states:
No person shall be held to answer for a capital,
otherwise infamous crime, unless on the
presentment or indictment of a
grand jury.
Every time a judge increases the sentence
(enhances) adding 2-15 years more in prison
on new charges, "NOT" in the indictment, the
person was indicted upon, and not offered their
choice of a trial by jury; each judge has violated
their oath of office and violated the constitutional
rights of the accused?
Every Federal judge knows this
THEY DO IT ANYWAY
Hurting the accused; their family and relatives
No Federal judge is accountable for
their actions in court to anyone
Each Federal judge is "accountable"
to the Constitution and the US laws they
swear before GOD they will adhere to
and
should be accountable to the citizens of
the United States each and every time
they violate their oath, hurting US
citizens, their families and their relatives
