Michael Rubenstein "Most Evil - Most Corrupt"
1. Michael Rubenstein is a slender man about 6' tall and wears glasses. Rubenstein is a person that loves and collects reptiles. Rubenstein purchased a reptile from an exotic pet shop owner. It was reported he either didn't take proper care of the reptile he purchased, or something went wrong with the reptile; so Rubenstein went back to the owner of the pet shop and wanted his money back.
The owner refused to give Rubenstein his money back.
Rubenstein built a phony Federal case against the owner of the pet shop and put the owner in Federal prison.
The 11 th Circuit Court of Appeals after reviewing the phony charges concocted by Rubenstein; reversed the conviction and the owner was released from prison.
We are in the process of acquiring the excerpts from the transcripts of that evil deed by Rubenstein and those will be posted shortly.
What did the 11 th Circuit Appellate Court and the
Justice Department do about Rubenstein's
fraudulent conviction?

Rubenstein to remain a Federal Prosecutor and
continue his evil prosecution
2. Corrupt evil Rubenstein continued his corrupt evil prosecution. In US vs. Sigma INT. 251 F.3d (11 th Cir 2001) prosecutor Rubenstein with this evil cohort Rande Matteson from the FDA went after a company distributing fish.
In order to secure an indictment against Sigma, Rubenstein violated just about every constitutional right any person would have before the Grand Jury.
Once he obtained the indictment by violating all the constitutional rights of the corporate officers of Sigma; Rubenstein ramrodded the trial jury with testimony of evil FDA agent Rande Matteson and others to gain a conviction.
When the case went to the 11 th Circuit Court of Appeals the 11 th Circuit reviewed the unconstitutional acts of Rubenstein before the Grand Jury, while also finding out Prosecutor Rubenstein was a liar and the 11 th Circuit stated so.

3. While the Sigma case was being looked at by the 11 th Circuit Court of Appeals in 1999 - 2001; evil prosecutor Rubenstein and evil FDA agent Matteson set their sights on Discovery Experimental and Development, Inc. (DEDI); ASTAK, Inc.; and Global Health Information and Medical Research, Inc. (GHI/MRI) president James T. Kimball.
4. The companies Kimball was president of were pharmaceutical and dietary supplement research companies; while GHI/MRI was a non-profit corporation that only gave information to the public; mostly about breakthroughs in medical treatments for terminal diseases. GHI/MRI still exists and sponsors this website although Kimball is no longer its president.
5. The evil acts, corrupt prosecutor Rubenstein used to gain an indictment against Kimball far surpassed what Rubenstein did before the Grand Jury in the Sigma case. Not only did prosecutor Rubenstein violate all Kimball's constitutional rights to acquire an indictment against Kimball he violated the laws/rules in gaining and presenting an indictment; altered Grand Jury transcripts; and knowingly had his Government witnesses committed perjury in a consistent manner before the Grand Jury.
Motion I: Evil Rubenstein's acts before the Grand Jury regarding Kimball
Motion I of Kimball's; clearly states with the Grand Jury
transcripts as exhibits, just how "evil" Rubenstein is and
just how corrupt Federal Judge Lazzara was as he immediately
dismissed Kimball's motion. Just how evil and corrupt
Federal Judge Richard Lazzara was is clearly depicted in
Motions II and III on that same link. That link also names
the corrupt judges on the 11 th Circuit Court of Appeals.
6. After Kimball's illegal indictment and rigged trial was over; the 11 th Circuit Appellate court reversed the Sigma's conviction due to Rubenstein's lying and illegal acts before the Grand Jury; (Note: again the acts Rubenstein conducted before the Grand Jury in the Sigma case were a lot less severe than what Rubenstein did in the Kimball case) Rubenstein was demoted from Federal Prosecutor to an US government attorney.
Note: Being posted shortly is the actual argument in the Sigma case
which won a " reversal" to compare with Kimball's motion, which
corrupt Judge Lazzara, quickly dismissed.

As did the Federal judges on the 11 th Circuit Court of Appeals
Rubenstein had "deliberately" ruined a number of peoples
lives ; not counting Kimball and his family; to include all
the thousands of lives affected by Kimball's companies
being put out of business
7. Rubenstein's background : Michael Rubenstein's background appears to be a mystery as investigators found little.
No one has been able to find that Michael Rubenstein is licensed to practice law in any state within the United States. It is assumed that Rubenstein is (NOT LICENSED) to practice law in any state in the U.S.
8. It appears this reptile lover does not have the intelligence to pass a state bar. As a government employee, he was given the power and authority to become evil and corrupt; yet it appears he didn't have the basic intelligence to pass a legal bar exam. It additionally appears even though Rubenstein was demoted from a Federal prosecutor to a Government attorney, that legally; evil Rubenstein could not be an attorney in any state in the U.S.
9. Who are the corrupt Federal Government employees that are keeping such an evil person employed by the Federal Government?
