4. Charles A. Wilson
is currently an appellate court judge on the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, Atlanta, Georgia. Was a past corrupt US prosecutor in Tampa, Florida and previous to that was a corrupt Magistrate judge for the Middle District Court of Florida in Tampa, Florida. Kimball has all the records which prove Charles A. Wilson was corrupt and evil when he was a Magistrate judge in Tampa, Florida in 1997. That when Charles A. Wilson was promoted to US Prosecutor approximately 1997, he was a corrupt Federal prosecutor involved in altering grand jury transcripts to secure criminal indictments.

That in 1999 when the President of the United States nominated him to be again promoted, from US prosecuting attorney to be a judge on the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, Kimball vehemently opposed his appointment to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and sent every Senator a letter stating why he should "not" be confirmed. Kimball's warning went unheeded by the US senators at the time and Charles A. Wilson was appointed to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Once appointed to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, it was a given that Charles A.
