Medical Death and Torture

1. BOP Regional Director Raymond E. Holt in Atlanta Georgia continues to condone the torture and murder of US prisoners by non U.S. State certified, or licensed Anthony Chambers (BOP appointed medical doctor) at Yazoo Prison in Yazoo Mississippi.

2. Chambers, a BOP appointed medical doctor who would be put in prison if he were practicing medicine in any US community, continues his torture and murder at Yazoo.

3. If you have reviewed Chambers and Holts accomplishments over the past three years reflected on this web site under torture and death camps, you know what these people have accomplished

4. To date Anthony Chambers and BOP regional director Raymond E. Holt can be directly attributed to the cause of at least 7 deaths and the torture of at least 100 prisoners within the last three years. Chambers and Holt; unchecked; are continuing their killing and torture spree.

5. Another death is to be added to Chambers and Holts prison of terror in Yazoo.

6. Larry Pruitt 21036-001 starting complaining in early 2003 of rectal bleeding according to witnesses. Prisoner Pruitt went to se Anthony Chambers at Yazoo medical who provided an arm chain diagnosis telling Pruitt he had bleeding hemoroids. No physical examination, or professional diagnosis.

7. As the months progressed and the bleeding became constant, Chambers did nothing.

8. Finally after nearly a year of Chamber's and Holt's do nothing policy, providing medical treatment for appearance sake only, prisoner Pruitt weakened from the loss of blood and collapsed. At which time he had to be taken to the hospital to be diagnosed medically.

9. The local hospital diagnosed Pruitt with advanced colon cancer and Pruitt was eventually authorized to be shipped to the BOP medical prison at Butner North Carolina.

10. Reports from Butner are: Pruitt was left un-diagnosed by Chambers for far too long a period of time. That the cancer had spread to such a point, Pruitt has little chance to live. More torture and death by the Chambers/Holt team employed by the BOP.

11. Prisoner Billy Bates referred under victims of torture and death was also mentioned under BOPs continuing torture and murder received even more torture at the hands of the Chambers/Holt duo than is already stated on this site

12. Prisoner Bates went through the same non-treatment ordered by Holt a year earlier then Pruitt. Bates barely survived, only to be tortured further by the duo with a metal pin protruding from Bate's leg from the inside to the out. Bates had his leg held together with steal pins due to a former incident.

13. The duo of Chambers and Holt refused to send Bates out to have the pin surgically removed that was protruding from Bate's leg. The area was seriously infected and exceedingly painful. Prisoner Kimball and other prisoners inspected the pin over a two month period coming through Bate's leg from the inside out.

14. In horrible pain for over two months; prisoner Bates extracted the pin himself to elevate the UNBELIEVABLE pain and infection. Bates sent the removed pin home to show as evidence of his further inhumane torture at the hands of Chambers and Holt.

15. The latest death attributed to the Chambers/Holt duo is Billy Tally. It appears the duo did with Tally the same as Pruitt, Bates, and hundreds of other prisoners at Yazoo. Reports by Kenneth Sampson 05660-043 and other prisoners confirming Prisoner Tally 15486-076, Chambers did nothing for Tally's liver problem however Talley was feeling fine until Chambers authorized a stint to be installed. Directly after the stint was installed Tally noticeably began to degenerate. Chambers would do nothing nor remove the stint that was causing Tally's degeneration. Chambers and Holt would do nothing until Tally had degenerated to such an extent he was unable to take a shower or go to the bathroom by himself. Holt then transferred Tally to a BOP medical facility. Sampson was advised that the prison medical facility told Sampson's mother he was transferred to them by Holt too late to save Tally. The Holt/Chambers killed another prisoner two weeks ago.

16. On Sep. 22, 2004 the pharmacist, Ms. Heidel, at Yazoo quit. Reports are that she was fed up with improper prescriptions by Chambers endangering prisoners lives and a forthcoming pay cut for the good work she had performed at Yazoo.

17. Over 90% of the employees at Yazoo medical have quit under the control of Holt and Chambers. A few weeks ago, a recently hired medical doctor, A. Traore , who was a very competent licensed doctor was fired by nonlicensed Chambers and Holt. Reportedly for giving proper medical treatment and refusing to alter medical records for prisoners.

18. The torture death medical saga at Yazoo continues, unchecked, as Chambers and Holt appear to be totally immune from their criminal acts!!

19. Two weeks ago the Yazoo prison's psychiatrist Dr. Scirria was removed. He was a licensed psychiatrist. There is no psychiatrist at Yazoo to treat or consult the 30% mentally disturbed prisoners. Thirty percent amounts to around 600 prisoners that have mental problems. I'm sure Yazoo will state that 30% is over stated; however living with the 2000 prisoners at Yazoo for 3 years, 30% is a conservative number. It appears unlicensed Chambers will also be illegally filling prescriptions and diagnosing the mentally ill prisoners, along with his other unlawful duties as a proclaimed medical doctor by the BOP. The mentally disturbed at Yazoo were advised that a non-licensed psychiatrist named Ms. Hernandez-Ricof will be diagnosing the mentally ill and issuing prescriptions once a month. The question remains is Ms Hernandez-Ricof licensed or board certified in any state in the U.S. to practice any kind of medicine?

20. Currently as of November 23, 2004 Chambers is writing prescriptions for prisoners unlawfully while a dental assistant is filling prescriptions unlawfully and in charge of health administration at Yazoo.

21. No laws apply to anyone in the BOP. To include torture and murder ongoing.
