Mr. Holt Refuses to stop the torture

Kimball was informed by knowledgeable BOP staff that BOP Regional Director, R. E. Holt issued orders to Yazoo Punishment Prison and all other prisons in his Southeast Region of Atlanta; that transfers of prisoners are halted.

The reason: allegedly was because the U.S. Marshal Service ran out of money; therefore the Marshal Service could not afford the expense to transfer prisoners.

A Total Lie : Prisoners at Yazoo Punishment Prison in Yazoo, Mississippi; that had been waiting years to transfer out of the Yazoo torture prison; that were scheduled to be transferred on or about June 18, 2004 to a Bureau of Prisons (BOP) camp; were refused under R. E. Holt’s torturous order. The Marshal Service DOES NOT transfer any prisoners that are being transferred to a camp. The BOP provides a bus ticket to each prisoner to get to the BOP Camp. The U.S. Marshal Service is not involved at all.

At the orders of Mr. R. E. Holt; this writer (James T. Kimball) was retaliated upon; to include attempted murder TWICE , and then transferred to Yazoo Torture Prison on an invented accusation, made up by the BOP and assumedly Mr. Holt.

When Yazoo prison recommended Kimball for a transfer to a BOP camp twice in 2 years; Mr. Holt still retaliating; refused Kimball’s transfers immediately. When Senators sent in inquiries; R. E. Holt replied to the Senators with more lies. Regional Director Holt’s written reply to the Senators and the BOP’s constant lying as to the reasons Kimball was transferred to Yazoo Punishment Prison, will be scanned into this website shortly.

Also, the names and circumstances of other BOP prisoners under the strong arm of Holt; transferred and kept at his torturous prison in Yazoo, Mississippi will be posted shortly.
