Sept. 7, 2004 - Torture and murder continues at Yazoo Federal Prison

1. The murderous hands of Yazoo medical department operated under the direction of Mr. Chambers continues the torture and murder of prisoners. Mr. Chambers’ actions are approved by the Regional Director of the Bureau of Prisons (BOP), R. E. Holt ; along with his boss, Mr. Cooksey Assistant Director of the BOP in Washington, D. C.

2. Federal Prisoner Billy Bates survived one murder attempt by Mr. Chambers while he was clinical director at Yazoo. Mr. Chambers is a BOP proclaimed medical doctor; although Chambers is not licensed to practice medicine in any state within the United States. Chambers is directly responsible for a number of prisoner deaths at Yazoo Prison, while relentlessly torturing prisoners at will.

3. R. E. Holt and Mr. Cooksey were fully advised of the murders and torture transpiring at Yazoo Prison’s medical department for the past 3 years. What did they do to correct these atrocities? Nothing. After all, it’s obvious by their non-corrective measures; all these people condone torture and murder by BOP titled medical doctor Chambers, and others throughout the BOP.

4. Mr. Chambers wears a name tag titling him Doctor Chambers as he prescribes medication and medically diagnoses 2,000 prisoners at Yazoo Federal Prison. Mr. Chambers has been doing this for the almost three years Kimball has been at Yazoo. Mr. Chambers is also the medical director at Yazoo prison with a staff of assistants working under him.

6. Prisoner Bates is listed as #6 under Victims and barely survived Chambers’ deliberate medical neglect. In brief Prisoner Bates had a fast growing tumor on the back of his neck. Chambers did his normal nothing; refusing Bates even a biopsy. The tumor grew so fast, and caused so much pain for months to Bates, that Chambers finally sent Bates out for a biopsy and removal of Bates’ tumor.

7. Reports came back that the tumor in Bates’ neck was malignant and was to big for the local butchers the BOP hires in Mississippi to attempt to remove it. The local Mississippi medical butchers the BOP in Vicksburg, Mississippi hires; are also listed under the Victims Of The BOP’s Torture and Death Camps.

8. Eventually Prisoner Bates was sent to another BOP medical facility. Bates was extremely lucky as the next surgery was a supposed success Bates was advised by the BOP. Bates was told the malignant tumor that was removed was just under 5 centimeters and they believed that got all the cancer.

9. Almost beyond belief ; R. E. Holt and Cooksey in Washington, D. C. sent Bates after his surgery, right back to Yazoo Prison to be monitored for reoccurring cancer by:

10. You’re right!! Dr. Death Chambers. OH! I’m sorry! I meant Mr. Anthony Chambers.

11. Neither Mr. Chambers, or any of Chambers medical staff checked Prisoner Bates for reoccurring cancer in the over 4 months since his return to Yazoo from major life saving cancer surgery. Nor have they tested him, as of the date of this article, even though he was advised by other BOP medical staff, he must be tested every 90 days for the first year.

12. However, upon Mr. Bates return to Yazoo and Chambers; Mr. Bates had a steel rod become dislodged in his leg. Prior to entering the BOP, due to an accident Mr. Bates had a steel rod implanted in his leg.

13. Prisoner Bates went to see Chambers as the rod was pushing against his shin making a budge. It was also very painful.

Now! Prisoner Bates has a steel rod sticking out of his leg.

Chambers does nothing!! He tells prisoner Bates he must wait until an orthopedic surgeon can come to Yazoo prison and assess Bates’ condition.

Meanwhile!! This steel rod sticking through Mr. Bates’ leg is definitely infected; as I saw it myself. The area around the rod coming out of Bates’ leg is definitely infected. When I examined Bates’ leg the steel rod was sticking out and I could see the end of it. The area around the steel rod was swollen and puss was oozing out.

14. Mr. Chambers told Mr. Bates a month ago he would have to wait for the orthopedic surgeon to come into Yazoo to see Bates. So far nothing. This is nothing more than the normal torture and death authorized throughout the BOP by R. E. Holt and Cooksey.

Let’s medically torture them all!!

16. Just maybe : The above mentioned Government employees will wait until Mr. Bates gets gangrene such as they did with prisoner Treadway and try to kill Bates a second time!!!!!! Review what Mr. Chambers and the BOP did to Mr. Treadway
