Dr. Arthur Miller, Constitution Scholar, Professor of Law at Harvard, and News Commentator stated:
As many as Ten percent of all convicted felons are actually innocent of their crimes
10% represents 200,000 citizens falsely imprisoned
another 400,000 on probation, parole, or supervised release

Rigged Convictions Are Being Added As Received
Do you know of a rigged conviction? Let CLC know. As CLC may not have the power to release anyone falsely imprisoned, they may be able to provide closure by letting the world know the truth.
Some accountings can be far worse then others, however, a rigged conviction is generally defined as a person pursued intently by the U.S. government, even though the U.S. government is aware that this person is innocent. Because of the U.S. government (DA, courts, etc) this person is convicted of a crime they are not guilty of.
Sometimes the U.S. government will go to far lengths to ensure an individuals conviction. The lengths they have gone to are severely disturbing. If you know someone that has been convicted of a crime they are innocent of, please urge them to submit a rigged conviction. They will need to write a detailed report of what happened, then someone must be willing to take some time out to type it up and submit it.
