The actual accounting of exactly how this conspiratorial group came together, along with the actual communication between the groups when they were setting up their second illegal raid (search and seizure ) of Kimball and his companies on May 12, 1993. The actual faxed communications were acquired from Dana Barnett (President of Somerset Pharmaceuticals and Vice President of Mylan Pharmaceuticals) when Mr. Barnett inadvertently provided Kimball's attorney at the time, with the wrong documents.
These communications were authenticated in court by the private detective agency's owner; Sean McWeeney, owner of Corporate Risk in Virginia . Sean McWeeney verified that the communications were between he and Dana Barnett and that he perjured himself when he testified against Kimball.
Note: When Kimball requested these documents be admitted into evidence for perjury, and to be compiled with a multitude of other evidence of violations of law and Kimball's constitutional rights; corrupt Judge Lazzara refused to admit any of the documents or other evidence Kimball had.

PDETECTIVE TANNER'S INTERROGATORIES
Mr. Kimball then filed a civil suit against Detective Tanner, FDA officials etc. In an answer to interogatories, Detective Tanner, now reduced to Sargeant Tanner, stated agents names and government agencies involved. In interrogatory #4 under second, Tanner clearly stated that Mr. Kimball's arrest was due to the FDA and DOH. In interrogatory #5 (a)Tanner again states he responded to a narcotics investigation when of course, none existed. Click on this page for Tanner's Interrogatories (7)

DOCUMENT #8 FDA LETTER & LABEL SUBMITTED
As soon as DEDI developed a liquid deprenyl product in March of 1991, Mr. Kimball filed a submission with the FDA requesting the FDA to make an advisory opinion that DEDI's deprenyl type product then named Citric Acid Solution (C.A.S.), be determined by the FDA to be a dietary supplement/nutrient, not a drug. Mr. Kimball included with his submission to the FDA, all medical claims, effective in Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, etc. and included a sample label. - DOCUMENT #9
Mr. Kimball is arrested in March, 1991 and put in jail. Prior to Mr. Kimball being put in Jail, Detective Tanner, whose written report was referenced in Number 2 of this link, called Mr. Kimball and made arrangements with him to turn himself in rather than issue an arrest warrant. Detective Tanner told Mr. Kimball he didn't need anyone to drop him off as long as he had a check for $20,000.00 for bail.
Mr. Kimball could drive himself to the police station and meet Detective Tanner, give him the check for $20,000.00, sign some paperwork and drive back home. The whole thing would take about an hour. Detective Tanner said he had to work the day shift and to meet him at the police station around 4:30 p.m.
The actual 1991 submission by Mr. Kimball that went to the FDA for their advisory opinion of Mr. Kimball's Liquid Deprenyl product to be determined a supplement/nutrient allegedly just disappeared. ????
This subject is well addressed in the trial portion of this site.

LEGAL RESEARCH BY LOUIS T. SMITH
Mr. Kimball, in 1991, reviews laws with his legal researcher and advisor, Louis T. Smith, and finds the following:
EXHIBIT TEN-A - Law quote that any letter or statement from any individual at the FDA about whether or not DEDI's deprenyl product is a supplement/nutrient or not is meaningless, as the FDA employee's statements or opinions do not mean that it is the advisory opinion of the FDA. CLICK HERE FOR IMAGE OF ACTUAL LAW.
EXHIBIT TEN-B - The FDA, in making an advisory opinion after a submission such as Mr. Kimball's, must follow their own law and procedures. CLICK HERE FOR IMAGE OF ACTUAL LAW.
EXHIBIT 10-C - That the deprenyl product developed by DEDI, reclassified, could be imported and sold perfectly legally to individuals in the United States if DEDI had a facility outside the U.S. CLICK HERE FOR IMAGE OF ACTUAL FDA IMPORTATION POLICY.
EXHIBIT TEN-D1 - A facility in Mexico was found for DEDI. For the legal importation of Liquid Deprenyl Citrate into the United States and foreign countries. B&B Freight Forwarding, Inc. was started in Otay Mesa, California on the Mexican border and Louis T. Smith managed these facilities.
