Free James Kimball

Kimball was a prisoner at Coleman/Low Federal prison in Coleman, Florida between December 1999 and January 2001.

Kimball made an accounting; personally took statements; reviewed records of selected prisoners that were picked to be medically tortured; some paralyzed while others died.

Kimball and his associates hold the documents of these events. This was such an accounting.

Note: While Kimball was at Coleman/Low Federal Prison the BOP had appointed two people as medical doctors; Dr. Davila and Dr. Blanco De Leon along with 4 Physician Assistants (PA's). None of the BOP medical doctors or PAs were licensed to practice medicine in any state within the United States.

When Cadwallder arrived at Coleman he was made aware he had arterial blockage.

On Friday, December 1, 2000 he had serious movement problems. P.A. Urriste told him to come back Monday. Cadwallder then saw Dr. DeLeon who gave him a wheelchair and told him to come back on Monday. The next day, Saturday, he had numbness in his right side, was disoriented and could not control his leg movement. He was given vitamins.

Cadwallder believes he had a second stroke Saturday night and was finally taken to Leesburg Hospital in chains and shackles. The three guards guarding him took off the shackles and chains and put on plastic ties for the MRI machine and when they went to take them off Cadwallder passed out. He fell and had multiple bruises on his body and head from the abuse of the three guards.

The hospital said he suffered two strokes.

He filed a report of abuse by the guards and Coleman-Low took pictures of his head injury and bruises. After the hospital episode, he went to medical because he wasn’t feeling well due to the fact medical gave him improper medication. His blood pressure had dropped to somewhere near 60 over 30.

He could have died a number of times, but he survived.
