Free James Kimball |
Age approximately 60. Prisoner Williams received torture and deliberate neglect along with inhumane treatment which borders a continuing horror story.
Prisoner Williams spoke to Kimball a number of times about his serious heart conditions and his fear of dying on a day to day basis due to total neglect by the BOP at Yazoo prison in Yazoo, Mississippi.
The medical facility at Yazoo prison is managed by a Health Services Administrator (HSA), Ms. Barbara Sullivan and a Clinical Director (CD), titled Dr. Anthony Chambers, who is an unlicensed person to practice medicine by any state in the United States. Over the operations of Yazoo Prison is R. E. Holt, BOP Regional Director.
Months prior to 7/23/03 prisoner Williams was advised he had a 80 - 90 % arterial blockage and needed urgent surgery. He had a serious life-threatening medical problem. The BOP under HSA Sullivan, CD Chambers and BOP Regional Director R. E. Holt did essentially nothing.
On 7/23/03 while Kimball was speaking with Mr. Williams, Mr. Williams started having a heart attack. Yazoo medical was immediately advised and Mr. Williams was taken to the area hospital for treatment.
The reports indicated that by the BOP deliberately not addressing Mr. Williams's serious life-threatening condition, along with his other medical problems; Mr. Williams had degenerated to such a deplorable state, it took the doctors and hospital 8 days just to stabilize Mr. Williams to perform the needed heart operation on 7/31/03.
Mr. Williams like a multitude of other BOP prisoners was removed form the hospital by the Bop without proper recovery time. Mr. Williams was returned to Yazoo prison 3 days after his triple bypass surgery.
Mr. Williams had immediate problems as soon as he was returned to Yazoo Prison. Eventually after long delays prisoner Williams was taken out, but only when he appeared near death.
The BOP flatly refused to address the serious fluid buildup in Williams' body which was killing him. And it wasn't due to the fact that the fluid buildup wasn't noticeable. A 10-year-old child could see what was happening to Mr. Williams, it was so obvious.
After Williams' operation and return to Yazoo prison, Mr. Williams literally blew up like a balloon, from his head to his feet, yet the BOP at Yazoo and R. E. Holt at BOP regional in Atlanta, flatly refused to send Williams out for professional diagnosis and treatment.
The pain Williams was enduring was indescribable. Williams' face had swollen up so much Williams could only open his eyes a crack. Williams abdomen was so enlarged he could not lay down to sleep, he had to sleep sitting up. Yet the BOP refused to send Williams to the hospital.
Finally steps away from death the BOP sent Williams to the hospital, barely alive.
Williams told Kimball that the hospital drained 69 pounds of fluid from his body. No one could comprehend how Williams survived.
Prisoner Williams was finally shipped by the BOP, allegedly to a BOP medical prison, after nearly killing him twice and having him endure torturous pain beyond belief. The current medical status of Mr. Williams is unknown.
One thing that everyone can count on is, whatever the BOP states about the medical condition of any prisoner, at least 90% of what the BOP states is a lie.
Kimball and his associates hold an abundance of written statements by the BOP about the medical treatment and condition of different prisoners. Those written statements are filled with provable lies.
This subject is well discussed on this site under Medical Treatment Of Prisoners.
