Age 53, died due to torture and neglect by the BOP. The report of the medical torture and neglect by the BOP was verbally reported to Kimball's associates via Mr. Bolin's personal medical doctor. The particulars from Mr. Bolin's physician in writing is forthcoming and this accounting will be updated accordingly.
