Free James Kimball

Rodrigues a prisoner at Big Spring Federal Prison in Big Spring, Texas. The accounting of how the murder had occurred was reported to BOP officials and James T. Kimball by prisoner Michael D.Richardson, BOP #21580-018. Richardson even gave the name of the BOP staff member that investigated Rodriquez's death to the Texas BOP Regional Manager, Ronald G. Thompson, in writing in the form of a complaint.

BOP Regional Manager Thompsonreplied in writing by simply saying "Your complaints regarding the treatment of other inmates may not be considered in this appeal."

Obviously Regional Manager Thompson condones his staff inciting prisoners to murder and maim each other by his non-concern. Kimball's associates have these documents.

Prisoner Richardson explained to Kimball the Rodrigues's death along with other deaths, riots, and maimings going on at Big Spring. These encounters may be reviewed on the first page of Torture and Death Camps Across The US - then under One Of The Very Worst Known Torture And Death Camp.

According to Richardson's accounting in midsummer 2003, a prisoner's sneakers were stolen by another unknown prisoner. BOP staff member Officer Espinosa announced to his housing unit of prisoners that a pair of tennis shoes were stolen and that he (Espinosa) wanted the prisoners to take care of the prisoner that stole them. If the prisoners did not take care of the thief, then he (Espinosa) would have to take care of the thief. Apparently at that time no one knew who the thief was.

Prisoner Rodrigues was picked as the thief by prisoners. Whether Rodrigues actually stole the sneakers is unknown. Three prisoners nearly beat Rodrigues to death.

Instead of the BOP getting Rodrigues emergency medical treatment for his serious injuries. BOP staff at Big Spring put Rodrigues in the holewithout needed medical treatment. Placing a prisoner in the hole that has serious medical problems is illegal by law; however the BOP throughout the United States violates this law and many others including their own policies every day of the year. Because Rodrigues was an alleged thief BOP medical at Big Spring refused to diagnose or treat Rodriguez. Rodrigues died from his injuries a few days later.

The people involved with the death of Rodrigues were extensive, as they covered up what had happened as did the outside investigators that investigated the death of Rodrigues.

The three prisoners that beat Rodrigues almost to death received no charges and were scheduled to be shipped out of Big Spring. The BOP employee that caused the death, Mr. Espinosa, was never charged. The medical staff that did nothing for Rodrigues were not charged and the people that covered up Rodrigues's death; from the BOP Regional Director Thompson, to Warden Haro on down were not held accountable for their acts of covering everything up from public view, and from justice being served.
