21. Roger Thompson, BOP #07167-043, age approximately 60.
Prisoner Thompson arrived at Yazoo Prison in Yazoo, Mississippi on Sept. 15, 2003.
Prisoner Thompson had colon cancer and has to use a special colostomy bag. Mr. Thompson was advised by Government officials that the BOP would take good care of him medically and provide the medical supplies he needs while incarcerated.
Mr. Thompson previously had a large part of his stomach removed thus he cannot eat 3 large meals a day as a normal person. His personal doctor advised Mr. Thompson for his own health to eat 6 small meals per day to stay healthy. Additionally prior to being imprisoned, Thompson was scheduled for knee replacement and is in serious pain. Due to the serious knee problem Thompson has use of a wheelchair.
Prisoner Thompson, prior to being imprisoned changed his colostomy bags every other day while washing them out at least once a day.
For at least 2 months Yazoo prison's medical department refused to provide any colostomy bags to Thompson. Thus jeopardizing serious internal infection to Thompson, which could be life threatening.
When Thompson suggested to the BOP, that his wife would send in his medically mandatory colostomy bags; BOP medical refused to allow his wife to send them into Yazoo Prison.
In serious pain from his knee for months, Yazoo medical refused any pain medication, however, did offer Thompson the use of a wheelchair.
Of course the BOP refused Thompson his needed knee surgery; while after months of refusing to provide any colostomy bags to Thompson. The BOP did finally supply Thompson with a generic bag, which is not the special bag which Thompson was using before he came into the BOP to prevent serious life threatening infection.
What Was Thompson's Horrendous Crime?
Mr. Thompson was taken away from his family, placed in Federal prison, forced to endure pain and torture, jeopardizing his life, because Mr. Thompson's income exceeded what the social security would allow for deductions prior to the law being changed around 1997.
Mr. Thompson reported the excess to the Government, however his social security benefits remained the same when they should have been reduced by the social security office.
However, when the law changed about 1997 the exemption allowed the amount of money Mr. Thompson earned would not have reduced Mr. Thompson's social security benefits, and in fact did not according to Mr. Thompson.
However, according to Thompson, that was the reason the Feds came after him, but it appears that was not enough to put him in Federal prison. By signing forms and questioned about the matter by the Feds, Thompson not being a lawyer and knowing all the laws, the Government agents stated Thompson committed perjury and that's what he was put in Federal prison for.
Kimball's note: As you review this website under Rigged Convictions Across The US, Corrupt Evil Judges, Law And Attorneys; you will read actual testimony in transcript form depicting Perjury by hundreds of Government agents; including lies by judges, what happens to them "Nothing"!!!! Equal Justice????
