46. Willie Williams, BOP #03778-017, age 37

Prisoner Williams was inhumanely treated and cruelly tortured by BOP medical at the BOP's punishment low security prison in Yazoo, Mississippi.

Mr. Williams was a very healthy young man who had a daily regiment of physical exercise everyday.

In the fall of 2002 prisoner Williams reported to this writer and many other prisoners he was feeling very sick and he did not know why. He had unusual swelling on his body. He kept becoming weaker and weaker.

Mr. Williams explained to this writer and other of his friends that he had gone to BOP medical at Yazoo for about a month and they would do absolutely nothing for him, not even provide him with a professional diagnosis for strange swellings or the extreme loss of energy.

The last week that Mr. Williams remained at Yazoo Prison he approached prisoner James T. Kimball, #38591-018 in hopes that Kimball could get him some outside help in acquiring medical treatment for his obviously life-threatening condition. By this time his whole head had swollen up, and Mr. Williams was not recognizable.

Kimball contacted his associates to attempt to get outside help for Williams, only to hear the same reply over and over again. Once anyone is in the custody or control of the BOP it is nearly impossible to help anyone. Kimball had already found this fact out with his own personal experiences. Even the courts refuse to do anything to save a prisoner's life, when the BOP is deliberately attempting to kill a prisoner. Kimball was in that situation when his attorney asked a court in Ocala, Florida to intervene and the court flatly refused to do so.

Yazoo medical operated by Clinical Director, Anthony Chambers, titled medical doctor (MD) by the BOP, however, Mr. Chambers was not a licensed or board certified to practice medicine or as an MD in any state within the United States. The Health Service Administrator (HSA), Ms. Sullivan was a former clerk at Yazoo Medical.

Neither HSA Sullivan nor Clinical Director Chambers would not do literally anything for Williams to secure professional diagnosis or treatment even though Williams was deteriorating and dying right before their eyes.

The very last day prisoner Williams was at Yazoo Kimball was barely able to recognize Williams. His head and face appeared to be swollen one and a half its normal size and Mr. Williams was barely able to move.

Witnesses said Williams' last act before he collapsed was; he was on the telephone with one of his family begging for them to get him help, when he collapsed and left the telephone dangling.

Half dead, HSA Sullivan and Clinical Director Chambers authorized prisoner Williams to go to the hospital to finally receive professional diagnosis and treatment. Mr. Williams never returned to Yazoo Prison.

BOP staff reported that the hospital said Williams was in critical condition and had leukemia. Also reported by BOP staff, that Williams was in intensive care for an extended period of time in attempt to save his life. Also reported was that if Williams lived; that the neglect Williams received by the BOP would take many years off Williams' life. Staff also reported when Williams' life was saved, that he would not return to Yazoo Prison to die. Williams died at 37 years old at a BOP prison in Texas.
