One thing is a fact however, if these same sweatshops were operating outside the Government owned and protected BOP facilities, these installations would immediately be closed down and the operators at these many facilities placed in the prisons they are presently operating out of; including the mystery owners of UNICOR.

  • Yazoo prison appears to be run by no one other than BOP Regional Director R. E. Holt in Atlanta, Georgia. When you ask a question about a rule, or a violation of BOP policy and who made a decision; the answer always seems to be "Administration did it." When you ask, who in administration; the answer comes back the same "Administration DID IT."

When O. D. Holland's name comes up in a conversation with staff, higher staff appears to cringe. It appears there is a click of a few people; overseen by O. D. Holland that controls the going ons at YL under R. E. Holt's direction.

When the mailroom supervisor, Officer Jackson, proceeds into the kitchen and tells the BOP kitchen staff employees, the prisoners don't deserve fruit in their jello, and no more fruit appears in the jello thereafter, something is wrong in Denmark. Especially, when the mail room, which Jackson controls has been accused in a consistent manner of mail tampering and mail theft in which Kimball holds proof of these acts. They were reported to US postal inspectors, and the OIG, on more than one occasion to no avail so far.

  • Unlike Coleman/Low the BOP staff at Yazoo treat prisoners with respect and for the most part in a humane fashion with the exception of Yazoo's medical department and a few individuals in supervisory capacities. Yazoo, unlike Coleman, the employees appear not to lie and fabricate charges against an inmate. If a staff member at Yazoo wrongly accuses a prisoner of a rule violation, most lieutenants will refuse to institute any punishment, as will most unit teams. Most appear to weigh the evidence before making any determination as to whether or not another staff member was correct about what was written on an incident report against a prisoner.
  • At Coleman, no matter what one staff member accused a prisoner of, whether true or fabricated all staff would sticktogether against the inmate. Jeffrey Bryant was the discipline hearing officer (DHO) at Coleman. He acted as a judge would in a courtroom. He was the final judge so to speak, hearing evidence on both sides in deciding whether or not a prisoner was guilty of an offense stated by a staff member. A DHO is supposed to make an independent unbiased decision. However, Jeffrey Bryant was told by his superiors, how to find and what punishment to inflict in some cases by Warden Swope, Captain Evans and others at Coleman. Kimball believes Mr. Bryant followed his orders, not willingly, but to preserve his job. This is depicted further under Declaration of James T. Kimball.
  • Mark Gennero is the DHO at Yazoo and appears to make unbiased, independent decisions regarding the guilt or innocence of staff members' accusations against prisoners. Whether or not Mr. Gennero would go against a superior's direct order to find a certain way with a prisoner to protect his job; Kimball would like to believe, he would not.
  • Lt. Foster at Yazoo is a supervisor of SIS. SIS is the Secret Investigative Service at Yazoo. There is no question Lt. Foster has the power to fabricate charges against inmates and he did so with Kimball on one occasion. It is presumed he has done so with many other inmates.
  • Captain Williams is the Captain at Yazoo. In the past Captain Williams appeared very harsh with many of the prisoners; however within the last year he has become more concerned and humane toward the prisoners at Yazoo. Kimball commends him for the positive change. There is no question a Captain's job at a prison is one of the most difficult. Holding a lot of power to do as he wishes with prisoners; a Captain must make sure to maintain prison security while weeding out the bad apples in the inmate population.

When Kimball first came to YL almost 2 years ago Captain Williams was disliked by both inmates and staff due to the very stringent rules he set forth, while he personally was exceedingly difficult to speak with, about anything. Although Captain Williams runs Yazoo prison compound with much tighter restrictions than Coleman, he has eased up some of his stringent rules previously implemented, while going far out of his way in being friendly with deserving inmates and their families.

  • Officer Bowles while at Yazoo was a complete tyrant abusing all inmates all of the time degrading them while making up frivolous charges against many. He was transferred away from Yazoo prison; allegedly promoted. Wherever Mr. Bowles goes in the BOP, or in any position within the Federal Government, he will be a detriment. The single word which best describes Mr. Bowles is a degenerate.
  • Lt. Honeycutt while at Yazoo was a worse version of Officer Bowles described above. Both Lt. Honeycutt and Officer Bowles left YL shortly after Warden Pettiford arrived.

Warden Pettiford after his arrival at Yazoo has improved to a small degree the conditions at YL. It is clear that as long as R. E. Holt remains the strongman over YL, little will change.

  • Counselor Fanning at Yazoo whose job is to work with inmates in solving their problems, is in fact a worse degenerate than both Bowles and Honeycutt. Not only does Mr. Fanning abuse prisoners all the time, he has done his very best to estopp inmates access to the courts regarding legitimate complaints about him and others. Even though a multitude of inmates have filed continual justifiable complaints to the BOP to include Regional Director R. E. Holt's office; Mr. Fanning still has his job as counselor, abusing prisoners on a daily basis at Yazoo. It appears this degenerate cannot be fired from the BOP no matter how many laws he violates."Clear Lawless Authority"Counselor Fanning is 2 ndin command in the "private union" that operates only within the confines of Yazoo Prison. Also, Counselor Fanning is married to the mayor of Yazoo's daughter extra political pull. There appears to be a direct link between the operators of this local Yazoo Federal prison union, comprising of: Case Manager Ditto, #1 in command; Counselor Fanning, #2 in command; and the Mayor of Yazoo City, Mississippi. More on this will forthcoming on this website.
  • Counselor Rich at Yazoo is a near duplicate to counselor Fanning in most every respect, to include blocking and delaying prisoners' access to the courts with justifiable complaints.
  • Counselor Williams at Yazoo, although never treating Kimball wrongly, has in fact wrongly treated selected prisoners of his choice. One of his selected prisoners was prisoner Anthony Gentile, BOP 55907-004. Counselor Williams put Gentile in the hole for 10 days, took away his commissary and telephone privileges just because the prisoner's bed he was sharing the cell with, had an end of his blanket unfolded. Mr. Gentile's bed was perfect. One must understand a cell in a housing unit is nothing more than a cube. The same as cubes in offices without doors. Any prisoner has access to go into anyone's cube and mess it up, or plant evidence against them, and this happens quite often in prison. Mr. Gentile's bed was perfect as was the rest of the cube, yet Counselor Williams put both prisoners in the hole, refusing to let either one have use of the telephone or commissary. A counselor may remove such an incident report and punishment at any time upon the request of a prisoner. Mr. Gentile requested Mr. Williams to remove the report from his records, and allow him use of the telephone and commissary; however, Mr. Williams refused.
  • Unit Manager Mike Morris at Yazoo has blatantly restricted constitutionalrights and access to the courts from inmates, such as Kimball. This is depicted under The Names Of A Very Few Of The Victims Of These Torture And Death Camps
  • As aforestated the majority of officers and staff at Yazoo are friendly caring individuals considering some of the demented inmates they have to contend with. However, there are always rotten apples in every batch, and some are mentioned herein.
  • The BOP employees at Yazoo which inflict the cruelest torture leading to needless deaths of inmates are employed at Yazoo medical department. Their names are as follows:
  1. Health Services Administrator (HSA) Ms. B. Sullivan
  2. Dr. Newland - Non-state licensed and non-state board certified (Currently transferred)
  3. Dr. Chambers - Non-state licensed and non-state board certified
  4. Nurse Flowers - Non-state licensed (Currently transferred)
  5. N. Shah, PA Supervisor - Non-state licensed (Transferred)
  6. W. Buchanan PA - Non-state licensed (Transferred)
  7. T. Lane-Fisher, PA - Non-state licensed (Transferred)
  8. Michael Evilsizor - Med sec (Transferred)
  9. D. Salyers (Transferred)
  10. S. Coleman - Nurse, Non-state licensed
  11. S. Trigieth, PA - Non-state licensed

Note : Among the inhumane treatment, torture and needless death of prisoners, by the aforementioned at Yazoo Medical

One Hero Stands Out

Nurse Clarkson At Yazoo Medical

A REAL American Hero

Very few real American heroes reamins...

Read About What Nurse Clarkson Did

Additional Note: Whether Nurse Clarkson is licensed or not is immaterial; her knowledge and actions qualify her in, this writer's opinion, above any alleged doctor Kimball has seen in the BOP; to include any BOP claimed medical doctor in the position of Clinical Director. If Nurse Clarkson was Clinical Director at Yazoo Medical she would not allow these selected medical atrocities to continue, under the orders of BOP Regional Director R. E. Holt.

The acts of medical torture and death at the hands of the aforementioned and others is depicted under The Names Of A Few Victims Of these Torture And Death Camps.
