1. Marion Edward Coulston - BOP #11487-042
Mr. Coulston had medical problems which the BOP and the prison medical clinic at Yazoo Prison in Yazoo, Mississippi refused to professionally treat which led Mr. Coulston to suffer needlessly (torture) and eventually die from deliberate medical neglect.
Mr. Coulston was afflicted with a hernia, which protruded from his chest. Mr. Coulston also had very serious fluid build-up in his legs. At one point the fluid build-up in Coulston's was so severe that the fluid broke through the skin and came out by itself. Mr. Coulston in addition had a heart condition. There is little question that the hernia and constant fluid build-up in Coulston's body worsened Coulston's heart condition.
Dr. Chambers, Clinical Director at Yazoo Prison, was looking after Mr. Coulston. Dr. Chambers is titled a medical doctor by the BOP yet the BOP admits that Dr. Chambers is not licensed nor board certified as a medical doctor by any state within the United States. Therefore, if Mr. Chambers were to open an office as a medical doctor in any community within the United States, Mr. Chambers would be arrested for practicing medicine without a license and placed in the prison he is presently practicing medicine at.
Mr. Chambers told Mr. Coulston he needed a hernia operation in 2002, however Clouston never received the operation before he died in December 2003.
Also Mr. Chambers refused to address the constant fluid build-up within Coulston's body.
Lastly, Mr. Chambers refused to constantly monitor Mr. Clouston for his serious heart condition.
Mr. Coulston was in pain from his hernia, pain from his constant fluid build-up and on nitroglycerine.
Dr. Chambers and the BOP did essentially nothing for Mr. Clouston and he died of the aforementioned December 2003, after being medically tortured and neglected at Yazoo Prison.
