6. Benny Phillips - BOP #38946-018
According to reports, prisoner Phillips was a 48-year-old prisoner that had a record of fluid buildup around his heart, which became life threatening. The BOP medial department had a record of this life threatening condition and had taken Mr. Phillips out to a local hospital for emergency treatment for this condition, previously.

Reports state that prisoner Phillips had been going to BOP medical at Yazoo Prison complaining about breathing problems and chest pains for over a month just before he died. The medical department at Yazoo prison headed up by an alleged Dr. Chambers and a Health Services Administrator (HSA) Ms. Barbara Sullivan would do essentially nothing for Mr. Phillips known heart condition.

The day Mr. Phillips was dying another prisoner pushed Mr. Phillips over to BOP medical at Yazoo Prison in Mr. Phillip's wheelchair. This was a last attempt to save prisoner Phillips' life.

The prisoner which pushed Ms. Phillips over to BOP medical overheard the conversation that Mr. Phillips had with Yazoo medical nurse as did other prisoners present in the medical department at that time. They reported to Kimball that when BOP medical refused to do anything for Mr. Phillips, Mr. Phillips asked one of the nurses on duty, "What are you going to do, let me die?" The nurse replied, "We all have to die sometime." The reported name of the nurse that said this was, "Nurse Flowers." She no longer works at Yazoo prison. Whether or not Nurse Flowers ever was a licensed nurse, has never been determined by this writer. The BOP may not want to answer if alleged Nurse Flowers was a licensed nurse in any state within the United States.

The BOP has already admitted that the alleged Dr. Chambers who is classified as a medical doctor by the BOP is not licensed to practice medicine as a doctor with any state within the United States. Without a license to practice medicine in any state within the United States, Mr. Chambers would be placed in prison if he were to practice medicine in any community outside his US Government protected property, within the states of the United States.

Kimball has requested from the BOP; under what laws can a non-licensed alleged medical doctor practice medicine on Government held property within the United States. The BOP has failed to respond.

Prisoner Benny Phillips was sent back to his housing unit that night to die by BOP medical and to continue to suffer and be tortured as he died. Benny Phillips died in his housing unit that night.

In this writer's opinion this was nothing less than murder.
