Victim John K. Robinson

12. John K. Robinson, BOP #21454-001
Age approximately 35. On January 7, 2002 prisoner Robinson was sent to BOP medical at Yazoo prison as an emergency case, by his housing unit officer. Mr. Robinson was having severe pain in the arm, neck and in his chest.

Yazoo medical gave Robinson an EKG and told him to report to sick call January 9, 03. When Robinson appeared at sick call on January 9, 03, Yazoo medical refused to see Robinson.

That same day prisoner Robinson spoke with the Health Services Administrator, which was Ms. Thomas at that time. Ms. Thomas told Robinson to return to sick call the following day.

Upon Mr. Robinson's return to Yazoo medical sick call the following day he was met by a physician's assistant (PA) Mr. Triglet. PA Triglet gave Robinson a quick examination consisting of weighing him and taking his blood pressure.

PA Triglet advised Robinson that it would not be possible for Robinson to be sent out to a cardiologist. This due to the fact, alleged Dr. Chambers and the medical committee would not approve Robinson being sent because they have no money left and the BOP budget would not be approved until March 2003.

PA Triglet also advised Robinson that he may have to accept the fact that he (prisoner Robinson) may die at an early age.

This accounting of prisoner Robinson is documented by sworn declaration and BOP records. The condition of Robinson is currently unknown.
